Joseph Balzano, M.D.

UPDATE INFORMATION AS OF 12-16-05

Effective 12-16-05 Dr. Balzano has resigned his position at the Heartcare Center.

He is relocating to the Sarasota area of Florida and joining former Hackensack University Medical Center colleagues of ours at Florida Cardiac Consultants, Inc. They are located at 1880 Arlington Street, Sarasota, Fl 34239 (tel. 800-282-9667 / 941-917-0060).

This decision comes at great emotional expense to all. The Heartcare Center will miss his presence.

We all wish him well.

Dr. Balzano (who is on leave of absence presently) at Hackensack University Medical Center is a member of the following sections.

                                 - Member, Section of Cardiology                                                    
                           - Member, Sub-Sections Invasive and Interventional Cardiology
                                 - Member, Electrophysiology Sub-Section / Pacemaker Implant
